I received my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, graduating with the highest honors. Before that, I received my undergraduate degree in biology from UC, Santa Barbara with honors. I was trained in a hospital-based General Practice Residency at the VA Palo Alto Healthcare System and Stanford Hospitals following dental school.

I realized it was also vital for me to learn how to treat elderly and medically complex patients. It becomes more complicated to care for our teeth as we age—fortunately, thanks to innovations such as dental implants getting older does not have to mean getting dentures. I am consistently committed to furthering my education. In addition to completing continuing education, I am a part of multiple study groups that review current developments in dental research, including Spear Online Study Club, Foothill Study Club, and ITI Study Club.
